do you have a sedan or a coupe? IMO i think black taillights are ricey and can be very unsafe... car behind you will barely be able to see when you brake... but hey, whatever floats your boat

i agree with mrtrinh with the unsafe from behind bcuz i have almost hit 3 cars that had black lights.

I don't really know so input is greatly appreciated.
thanks</TD></TR></TABLE>
yup its a perfect fit, but I think rewiring is required for the 03-05 tailights... correct me if im wrong, not too sure

That little circle. it looks rediclious to me. and yea you are right thats an 04.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I must admit, i'm not really a big fan of those either to be honest. But they're a million times better than aftermarket *****! I'd rather have the USDM 01-03's than those...
...just my 2p's...

Sweet, so the only mod might be rewiring? The reason I ask is because My dad bought my car at an auction and I had no choice what car he picked, just that it was small and either a Honda or Toyota. Anyway He picked a champange colored ES1, with ricered tailights, IMO they look G@Y and I want the stock taillights back ON! I like the '05 and '04 tailights but don't really care what year jsut that its stock. However is there a link or DIY for this mod if anybody has done it?
Thanks, and BTW I am paying my dad back for the car. And Yes I am very lucky to have great parents and a great life.

So I could just find some '04-'05 taillights, take my old ones off install the new ones with NO modifications and just plug the wires together? If so SWEET!
That will make me the happies person for the day! Now all I gotta do is find some stock taillights for a good price.

there was a guy on 7thgencivic.com that did a group buy for the jdm tails and the last time i checked he had some leftovers... should hit him up and see if you can get a pair from him

If you have a Sedan (4-door), then yes it is Plug and Play. You should be able to just unbolt the aftermarket ones and bolt up the OEM's.

You might want to edit your signature to say ES1 instead of EM2 then, bud. Just a thought.
