Default pre obd0 capable of holding a b16 obd0

sorry if this has been asked before. im usually in the 92-00section car is in sig. but in the autotrader there is this 87crx that is somewhat clean and engine is crap but body is good and i think everything else is. he is asking 500. i was thinking buy it and swap a obd0 version b16 in(i think its a b16a2 not sure) i would get it from hmotorsonline. i was originally planning on turbo'ing my D but im not sure now. cause i know rex's weigh like near to nothing and a little power gets a long ways with them. oppinions? im 17 as well not sure which would be a better way to go.

b16a2 is not the first gen b16. forst gens u have to get them from an engine importer. there just b16a's

Make it easier on yourself and find a SI model. People put B16's in pre 88 civics/crxs all the time.

but is it a pain in the ace like a k swap or an h swap into a civic or is it for the most part just a drop in and play? its just i fig the rex i found for 500is a good deal? and then buy a complete swap on hmotors for 1500 and maybe 500 for everything else that has to do with the install?
