Just want to ask if a 1994 integra coupe lowering spring will fit to a 93 civic HB.
and front and rear seats too?

yes for the springs the seats i'm not sure if it is direct install

Same springs, different springrates. They'll fit just fine, but it might be more of a PITA to compress them to proper height.
