Default Turn Signals and Cluster lights arent working

When I turn on my lights i gotta kinda mess with the lever ( sorry i dont know the technical term) and click it back and forth for a while before my cluster light goes on. I also noticed that when i signal right my cluster light turns off as well as my corners and tail lights (not headlights or radio though) until the turn is over and the signal stops. I think it has something to do with the lever itself (fuses are fine). Anyone have any suggestions or know how to check out the lever itself. Any info would be great.. Thanks.

This sounds like a grounding issue to me since other lights are going out and you have to jiggle it to get it to work sometimes. I would suggest removing the multi-function switch and testing the wiring with a multimeter, especially the grounds.

And if you determine your switch is bad, here is all the information you'll need on the inter-changeability between the different model's -

Im guessing my headlight switch is bad because if i turn on the head lights the cluster shuts off until i kinda turn the switch back towards me a little. If this is the problem do i just need a headlight switch off of any EF (and not the windshield wiper part too) Thanks.
