Default hatch/crx combo light assembly interchangeble with sedan?

broke the blinker/light lever in my sedan last night. didnt know what kinda problems id be facing

brand new from honda parts deals for the part is 92$

if i found a 90-91 hatch at the junkyard could i use the unit from that?

or maybe even from a 88-89?

pic for reference

ya itll work you dont really need the whole thing you can take off the arms from the assemble. the only difference from 88-89 and 90-91 is 88-89 has the hazard switch on the top and 90-91 has it on the dash cover thing. but that doesnt matter if you just get the arm peice.

the lever itself is connected to some pretty complicated looking gadgetry so i think my only hope is getting that whole left assembly box.

good to know i can get it out from a hb or crx though thanks!

hehe something like that..

iv been thru this b4 and that switch is attached to the hole assembly and you cant jus replace the lever if its broke....but you can get it from any 88-91 ef...of even a 86-87 civic or crx...that where i got mine from...a 87 civic fit nicely in my 91
