Default ITR tranny on a LS

searched, couldnt find anything on it, just B16, and GSR trannys.

Anyone know if the ITR tranny will bolt right up to a B18B??? also if anyone has had any experience with it, pros? cons?

thanks all...

pro's? great gearing, LSD, newer tranny 96+
con's? nothing really but sometimes the price

all B-series engines will bolt onto any b-series transmission

Has same gearing as a B16 tranny, so you could help your search there.

the only difference is the final drive.
96-97 = 4.4
98+ = 4.7

Yea, wasn't specific enough. Same as the 96 spec JDM ITR, USDM ITR, and CTR trannies.

Partially incorrect, the 98 spec has the same 1-3 gears but GSR 4-5 gears.

Either way you'll be paying some $$$. Just get a B16 tranny and add an LSD.
