Default Are stock b-series blocks OK for a turbo build?

OK guys. I'm sure this question has been asked a million times here. I have a ported and polished B16 PR3 head and a stock GSR block (no pistons). I'm limited budget-wise but still want to put together a turbo. Would OEM pistons be ok? Or are there some inexpensive alternatives? I've been seeing brand new ITR pistons on sale for less than $100 but am not sure if they'll do me any good. Could I run boost safely on this kind of setup? If so, how much psi can I run?

I am doing a stock oem honda block. But seeing as you already have it apart and are gonna have to pay for rods/pistons, you mine as well put forged setup in there. probably run you 700-800. If you do decide to go with an oem piston go with something that is not such high compression. The ITR will work but gsr or LS would be even better. You need to start some reading brotha. search is your friend.

A stock block will be ok up too about 350hp. Use arp headstuds and double headgaskets. Also, make SURE you get it tuned correctly, specially on a stock block
