as stated above.

The ls/vtec (B18B) or b20/vtec setups will net you a good amount of tq on a budget due to the increased stroke. Their fairly cheap to pick up, but wont spin like a b16 or gsr right out of the box. You'd need to get a vtec head and switch some things around.

On the other hand, if you just want a swap with some decent power, the GSR (B18C1) is probably right for you. Since there isnt anything to modify it's pretty much a drop in and go stock swap. The ITR (B18C5) motors are nice but despite minor differences and some hand porting to the head. This pistons are a little higher in compression and the cams slightly lumpier but you'd be better off with a gsr and having new pistons/cams put in later if you cant shell out the loot for an ITR.

The B16 is a nice choice for a d/d or a budget motor since the deck hieght isnt as high as the b18 motors. Their also pretty cheap and semi peppy.

If your a baller, you could always do a K series swap.

There's F series, H series, K series and B series. I'd suggest you do a little research and come back with some more specific questions.
