would jdm itr pistons work on a other wise stock motor. i gotta bore out my block do to a bad spark plug.. and im wondering if i can use jdm itr's pistons on my stock crank and rods.. let me know!!
bore out your block because of a bad plug? how does that happen?
to answer your question, yes you can. but the pistons must match the bore size too.

Dont do that ^^^ A .020 bore is for 81.25mm pistons and go with the JDM ITR's, you will be surprised of the c.r. and the CTR are too high

Mindless was right.
1"=25.4mm so .010"=.254mm, .020"=.508mm

It depends on what size piston you buy.
I would take that block to a machine shop first and let them measure how deep the scratches are in the bore. That will determine what size pistons you need.
