allright well i was wondering if a h.i.d kit would melt the light housing cause i seen it happend to my friends explorer? I was looking at the philips 6000k kit. also does anyone know where i can get it for a good price without the bs.

ghey, i've seen complete Phillips setups go for 350-450.

 

http://www.autolites.com they got 8000K bulbs and they are very professional dealers and FAST service. i got the SUPER SUN 8000K bulbs on mine right now and they are ten times brighter than my 6000K bulbs. i know the kelvin temp doesn't mean brighter but these are. they shoot out further and ALOT wider and the color is better than my 6000K bulbs cause they were kind of purple, these are super blue and white. they sell quality stuff here.

sweet i might wait for the group buy. the only reason why i wanna buy the h.i.d is cause i can't really see that well driving in the night time while it's raining. the current bulbs i have suck.
