Default Won't go into gear!

My daughter has a 90 Accord with a 5 speed. She said, on a couple occasions, she had trouble getting it in gear. She was driving yesterday and it was working fine. She stopped at a stop sign and could not get it to go into any gear. The only time it made any grinded noise was when she tried to get it into 5th. She finally got it into 3rd and drove home in 3rd. The clutch seemed to be working fine. It is parked at her house now and won't go into any gear. What do you think?

Will it go into gear with the engine turned off? If so, it sounds like the clutch is dragging.

Yeah, check all the fluids for the tranny and ensure it's a good color and the right amount.
