es tuning muffler?
I have just the es tuning muffler w/ 2.25 piping a magnaflow catback and a resonator. Sounds perfect. Loud enough so i can hear it, but not enough to attract the attention of the po. And not to mention it looks somewhat stock

X2... this is the only exhaust that i have not been pulled over with. Then again it helps when you have a Sheriff Association license plate frame

Oh yeah? How's that working out? No emission tests for a '95 civic in NY and I'm thinking my cat is probably clogged to **** as it's 12 years old...
So I was just thinking of putting a 2.25" straight pipe in there because I am NOT paying 600 dollars for a new cat from Honda, plus with no emissions test, who needs any cat

I know Magnaflow mufflers are street legal. As for the others im not quite sure. ES tuning is not street legal from my knowledge, but it is quiet enough and stock looking so your chances of getting pulled over are slim. I know Tanabe has a new line of exhaust systems that have low DB ratings.
