Default hydro to cable

I have a Hf Crx 91 with a 99 B16 converted to OBD1 and has a cable style tranny. I want to change that engine but the new B16 will be OBD2. Can I change the accessories (eg. distributor, fuel rail, etc...) from the old B16 to the new one and still use that cable style tranny? any help will do. Thanx!!!
