i have a 94 ls.

first- fuel presure issue. turn key to on no pressure, start car good pressure, revit up and it drops, and when you turn it off it drops to 0psi.

second- idle issue, there is a port in my tb that sucks air like no other, if i dont plug it, the car idles a 3000rpm.

 

Bad fuel pump?

Probably a bad FITV or IACV. Do a search and you'll see how to check both.
