Default Canadian Si and SiR difference

Is there any difference between the Canadian Si and the Canadian SiR, i am looking for the civic made between '98 and '00 that has the B16 engine. I think they are the same vehicle looking in the autotrader there are Si's and SiR's.

i thought that the canadian si was equivalent to the US EX and the SiR being a better version of the USDM Si. Maybe someone has a better knowledge of this.

Our Si's don't come with b series motors we get d series. I think only our civic sir's get b16 motors (not 100% sure)
