Default JDM ITR front with FMIC?

well i just got done putting my JDM Front on....came out great and then i go to put my FMIC back on and its another story. The bumper will fit with the intercooler on but then when i hook up the charge pipes it throws it all off. Now i do not want to cut the bumper (OEM JDM ITR) but i looks like that's the only way for this to work. Has anyone ran into this before and get around it some how? The charge pipes are hitting the "out side vents" of the bumper. Help would be great pics would be better thanks

How many row FMIC? Can you go to a smaller setup?

Do you need one that big? What is your setup? My suggestion based only on speculation given the HP #'s of the intercooler is that you could probably go to a smaller one.

did you leave your bumper in? and it also looks like you cut the inner part of the bumper near the grill...right or wrong?

You can make it work without cutting the bumper cover but it all all depends on how your FMIC is mounted. My bumper cover had to be cut but now it fits fine because I took the turbo off. NA life is much better.

well i got it all fixed tonight i think, went out and got some new charge pipes and re did alot of the piping. Basicly tucked everything in alot tighter to the rad support now. Everything used to be wide and now its tucked tight and it did the trick. Hard to see in the pics but here they are.........
Before with some wider piping.....

And now after with alot tighter of a plan....

and all this just to make this thing go round.....

just gota get some more charger pipes cut, fitted up and welded and ready to go

Sorry for the late response...nothing was cut. Everything was pretty much plug and play, but I must warn you that my car's bumper support is much smaller than the USDM ones. So that might account for more room to install the FMIC

I would suggest you install twin tfal fans considering the massive wall you have installed which will limit the radiators cooling ability. That IC is big enough for a Supra.

the ic piping connected to the intercooler is welded on or together rather than using the cuplinks.made the bump fit easier...
