I have the 66mm S2 throttle body on my 95 civic ex with the C16Z6 engine. At first I was pretty happy with it but as time went on it has had a few problems but nothing major. It has a stiff spring on it so when driving the throttle feels "stiff" espically when taking off sometimes I end up pressing the throttle more then I should because of it being stiff (but being said I think any aftermarket performance throttle body will have the same effect). The other problem is for some reason it sticks slightly and the result is a higher idle around 1500-2000 RPM. I called S2 and asked them about it and they said it has been a small problem but if you set the cars idle at around 1000 RPM it souldn't happen. I love S2's products and have others (exhaust and intake manifold and I plan on getting a new top end from them) but if I was to do it again I might go with a BDL throttle body. There was a artical in Honda Tuning about how they were made and it seems they have a very high quality control program in place. But it all devence the S2 doesn't stick all the time but every now and then and the BDL throttle body might have the same problem but thats my 2 cents. Hope it helps
