I'd look into getting a new/used IAT from a junkyard or something and swapping it out. That helps control the air/fuel mixture to run your engine. If it's not sending anything or sending the wrong info it's going to cause you're car not to start. Other than that, if the timing belt has jumped a tooth or is broken it also will not turn over, but if you've looked at that and it's fine, I'd jump to the IAT first. The auto tranny one I cannot advise on because I am not familiar with it. Same with the vtec spool, so sorry I can't advise on any more than one item but hopefully someone else can help on those.

Vtec spool is the solenoid, IAT, is obviously air temp, and the auto tranny code, sounds like your ecu has been swapped.

The car will run with a bad IAT.
