Default Porting/reworking twm itb's?

I have a set of TWM's for a b16. I know they cast them once and modify to fit b16/b18. To me this seems like trying to put an oem type R manifold on a gsr head. What Im asking is how can i modify them to take full advantage of what they were meant for? Is there anyway to i.e. porting/reworking? I'm looking for advice from tuners and engine builders. not people who are just complaining because they stick. My setup
B20vtec
-p30 head portflow valvetrain (not ported)
-Skunk2 Pro2's
-Wiseco 11.8:1's
-Rage Tri-y (standard size)
-Knife edged crank
-Toda Flywheel
-ys1 trans
-tuned on AEM

I fail to see the relevance of that question. I'm asking if there is anything to be gained by reworking or modifying the throttle bodies.

also how are you going to tune them? I understand tuning itb's for everyday driveabilty is at the very least, Hard more of a hardware/ sensor limitation, than a software thing

Interesting link. As for tuning it was tps based. Possibly half and half I'd half to check with B19coupe since he's the one who did it. I dont drive it everyday, its more of a purpose built street car. Hiccups and cold starts arent an issue for me. I just wanna make more power and them work more efficiently.

How do they match the head? I have seen good and bad. To get good numbers we always had to port them. Sometimes move the mounting holes to get a better flow path.

Honestly i didnt match them up to a gasket to see. (stupid, I know) but I did see you post that in another thread. Also is there anything to be gained by relocating injectors?
