Default poor mans type r

what do i need to make a poor mans type r??? well besides the gsr block..???and how can i put an integra dash in the ef..can some 1 help me out..

In a nutshell

GSR block/crank/rods with ITR (USDM or JDM) pistons
B16 or w/e PR3 head with at least ITR cams/valvesprings/retainers.

Just save your money for a real ITR longblock. My build costed me a lot.
