Default H23a1 gurus please help my worthless ***....

Did some earlier h23a1s have nikasil sleeves and others didnt? I'm looking at purchasing a '92 tomorrow and was curious. TIA.

Thanks anthony. Perhaps you will care to dispense more info as I build up the engine and questions arise?

thanks for the reply, that was very helpful. But are there any pistons that dont need to be resleeved? One guy said in that thread that wiseco didnt need it, but then the next guy said that almost all aftermarket pistons so....so which is it?

Thanks

you can use pistons with the stock bore size, i believe you can run them without doing anything to your cylinders.
