anyone have pics of your fg with just the front HFP kit? Would it look awkward from the side?

looks good....not a fan of side skirts and what not...just front lips.

PERSONALLY... i'm not crazy about it.. the kit is nice for what it is... paint, fitment etcetc

but i wouldnt go using 1/4 pieces for it.

 

I'm depressed cuz right when TRE took down his thread for accessories i had the money for my kit.... ... oh well, someday maybe.

 

I think it dosent look right without the full kit the back looks great,sides look great,front looks great just wait to you can afford the whole kit makes the car that much more sweeter and mean at the same time a must !

I've seen his car many times in pictures and I always liked the fact that it didn't have the back body kit.

 

i think it looks damn good with the front only. that's all i'll be putting on my Si.

 

I've got the front only. The front end is very soft looking without the lip IMO.
Front only > nothing
I'd like to get the rest of the kit eventually but it's a low priority since the price from Honda is rape.

Having only the front on looks bad to me makes no sense at least if the owner has the intention of putting the rest of the kit on. With the hfp bumper it helps it flow with the front better, and with the side skirts it brings both together would you put the bumper on with no front lip it looks retarded with just the front on !

 

I think it looks alright. I've seen worse lookin cars out there with just front lips on.

 

i think the HFP Front without the rest of the kit looks good. personally, i'm waiting until someone comes out with a nice carbon fiber front lip for the SI.

 

hmm I guess I can't tell that there is a lip that's different from our stock lip on those pics....

I have it on mine and I like it. I will probably get the rest later when I can afford it but it looks way better with just the front lip compared to nothing. Thats why I have just the front on for now. Sometimes I think it looks awkward from 45 degree angle from the front but I think it looks good from the side. If you didn't notice ill rollers you obviously don't think it would look awkward so I say go for it

I wanna get either the front or the back next but probably only one at a time. Any suggestions on which one would look better with the front? Cause I think it would look weird the back and front and nothing on the sides...but then would it look weird with front, sides and no rear? I can't decide? Thanks for any input.

 

i would say go with the sides next. I kinda dont' like not having the back.

I don't like how the back looks like a skirt that sorta bows out. a mini skirt

i'd be all for that if they would fit/allow the OEM fogs, but none do that, so I stick to lip kits lol

 

Yeah, I picked up just the front lip because I'm not really a fan of the hfp sides and rear. I wanted to wait until something clean and different came out, but I picked up the hfp lip to hold me over, since god knows when someone will make some decent looking body parts for the car.

IMO just the front looks great, but its a little subtle for my taste.
