Default Mild leaking head gasket??????

I keep getting the smell of burning coolant in my engine bay. I have checked the oil and it looks clean, no white foam or milky stuff anywhere to be seen. No white smoke out of the exhaust. Idle seems a fine (maybe a bit low) Oil temp has been fine, water temp has been fine. No loss of power.

I am have not noticed the coolant level droping, but I keep smelling it. Could I have a very minor leak?? If so what else can I check to see if I have a leak. I pretty much drive the car the same amount when I do drive it (2-3 times a week to/from work) some days I can really smell it, other I dont even notice it.

Other info. Most hoses are new, and I don't see any signs of a leak. Water pump and seal are new. Radiator is aftermarket brass(coper?)and does not leak. I dont smell anything inside the car, just outside or if I open the hood.

Any advice would be great!

I would say most likely you have a small leak/drip from a hose connection somewhere where you can't see that is dripping onto somthing hot. Like the heater hoses that sun inside. They are in the back where it would be hard to see and they could drip/run down onto the exhaust. Just my first guess.

I had that on my DA, it would only leak under a load. If i reved the motor up I could see steam come up. Finally found the hose and its pin hole leak. But when I had that I also noticed while spots in the general area.

With this leak I have yet to find any sign of anything. I might just start changing out every hose I can find.

I would say close to the low line, but I have not filled it, or the radiator up at all.
