I have one on my d16z6. it's alright. I have a 4-2-1 and the middle gasket keeps blowing out on it. I need a 3rd gasket now. BTW the middle gasket is a pta to find and cost 34.00 shipped. OBX has the shittiest support ever(like none). this time I'll use a tork wrench to torque all 3 bolts to the same psi. If that doesn't work than I'm getting a different header.

if you go with a obx header might as well go with the megan header...i've heard alot of good stuff about the megan headers. If CA didn't have carb laws i'd get one myself...

i'd rather trust the company that spent the money and time on the original r&d to get things right and will stand behind their product. maybe that's just me.

had an obx header, short ram intake, and exhaust on my 93 ex and the thing would move pretty good. by all means its not fast but you can feel the difference. headers held up well and looked good too.

I have a obx header 4-1 seems just as good as a dc sports header, so far no cracks in the welds. been using it for about 15,000 miles no problems , i have the exhaust and the high flow cat, cat is junk fell apart more like a test pipe now, and muffler is junk got real loud but piping is good gonna get a magnaflow muffler for it. But overall the header is worth the price if your broke.

You asked for opinions and I'll just be honest in giving you mine. I bought one a few years ago for the wife's 97 EX. The thing was a total piece of junk!!! I had gone to the local muffler shop that I use so we could put it on a bit easier because I also had a full c/b system to install along w/ the header. My exhaust man had to heat it up and bend it as much as he could and wound up cutting the end of it off then welding it back on so it would line up w/ the cat. Two months later I bought an HP Racing 4-1 header and it was a 99% perfect fit. Not to mention it made the power band feel a bit better to me over the 4-2-1 OBX.

As far as the products of OBX are concerened, I really have liked thier cosmetic/appearance stuff like oil caps, fused box covers, ect... but their bolt-on performance items have yet to impress me for Hondas.
