the outside one in pic is the crankshaft pulley. its 1 big pulley with 2 belts. then behind it there's the timing gears.

the crankshaft pulley (far outside in pic) is for the ps pump belt and for the ac and alternator belt. then the timing gears inside. the outside one is for the balance shaft and the inside is for the timing belt
