THe srs is always on and i cant put it off. I Dont know what to do. please help me. My airbags are in excellent condition and i dont know how to turn off this light.

 

you need to jump it from the fusebox under the dash. I cant remember exactly which one it is though.
If you havent removed a seat or unplugged a harness connector, its on for a reason, even if you think they're fine. Get it checked.

 

Did you try reseting the srs? If you've installed aftermarket seats and turned on the ignition before plugging in the srs plugs under the seat, then that could be causing the srs light to come on. If you haven't then get it checked out by honda, my girl's 03 sedan did this and we just took it to honda.
