i bought front spindles off a buddy of mine from an 99 si that he smashed, so neways i went to the junkyard got a mastercylinder and booster off a 2000 ex, my question is does matter if the car i got the m/c off of had abs, since mine doesnt have abs will i make a difference. is there something on the m/c that i can use to find out if it had abs or not. thanks

and also according to the part numbers at Honda the proportioning valve off the cx and si are the same is this true?

 

The 99-00 Si did not have ABS. The Si and DX booster & prop valve are the same so just replace the MC.

Well if you took it off, did it have ABS?

Most likely not. Very hard to find an EJ8 with ABS.
