Default What is the name of this part? Picture Inside

I need to find out what the name or part number for this part is. It is for 92-95 Civic 2DR Coupe. Also if you know where I can get this part that would be helpful.

(Honda calls it "Skirt, R/L RR. Panel (Upper)")


24,26
66130-SR8-A00ZZ for Right
66230-SR8-A00ZZ for Left
~$28 each

There is a seller on eBay that sells them also...their price is a lot lower, but their shipping is like $45.

it looks like a pdf version of the book that we use to write estimates (autobody) but i have no clue where he got it from. im sure by searching around the web somewhere
