Default Alternator

Hi I'm from Australia and I'm wondering if the American Alternator is compatible with my b18c7 engine. (2000 Integra Type R)

This is shown on the alternator plate:

Honda AHGA34
A5TA4191
12V

Mitsubishi Electric Company

And I rang the honda parts and they gave me this part number:

p75ca2

This is a different part number to what a person from america has given me which is: 31100-P73-A01RM

Should I not be concerned as the American OEM alternator should be compatible with Australian OEM alternator?

THanks in advance
