Yes but you will have to cut the basket. Or make a baffle board or rings.

A 95 Civic uses standard 6.5" speakers that are no deeper the 2" I believe the MA Audio speakers are an over-sized 6.5", [not sure, can't find any info on them] so the mounting diameter will be more then the standard 5", it is also deeper the 2", meaning the stock speaker housing will have to be modified as wrx-killer-Sti eater mentioned, or a depth reducing ring, [spacer] will have to be used,
Do you have a link for the speakers specs or can you tell us what the mounting depth and mounting diameter is? 94

You should have no problem getting the extra .8" of depth by cutting a hole big enough for the magnet in the back of the stock plastic speaker housings, but you may still have to deal with the actual mounting of the speaker if it is not a standard 6.5" speaker, let me ask you this, how many mounting holes does the speaker have? 94

NM the question about mounting holes, it uses the "Euro" type basket, chit load of holes... http://www.onlinecarstereo.com...14722 and according to the above they are 2.75" deep, bu no mention of mounting hole diameter.
DOH! here's one that say they are 2.5" deep... http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_2687.html 94

Only if mounting diameter hole is 5", it should say what diameter the cutout is supposed to be, or measure the speaker itself, what is the diameter of the basket at the first "step" after the speakers "mounting lip", [part mounting with holes in it]?94

Well I am not sure good and $50 speakers can be used in the same breath, but you may find a set of Pioneer, or Infinitys on eBay. 94
