Default Is this a good deal on a sedan SI?

A local dealer just gave me a quote on a white Si sedan w/ navi and summer tires for 22845 (after delivery charge) --- vs. 23835 MSRP...

Is it just me or is this an awesome deal? I haven't haggled at all yet.

If that is the price of sticker or less ( with destination ) your good
if higher... walk.

The sedan demand is hot... but not on fire as the coupes.... I've seen tons of them at dealers.

Thanks for the help guys. I went up there and test drove it... it was awesome. Love that vtec. Sound is amazing for stock 2.0 liter.

They pulled the old "oh there was a slight mistake..." said he quoted the price without summer tires then added 200 to the price. still 790 below MSRP.

Now I have to crunch numbers and see how it goes tommorow.

Still "his mistake" none the less. He should go ahead and throw in the summer tires. If he really wants the sale he'll do it.

I would try to haggle more, I was quoted $300 in front of invoice on an Si sedan and I am holding out till I can get invoice or better. Don't let the excitement of getting a new car get in the way of you getting a good deal.
