I went to start up my new motor for the first time and am having an issue with the IACV. I have tried 2 different ones that I know for a fact work and I am still pulling the code an the car won't idle for ****. If anybody has any opinions on the problem, please chime in. Motor wise, it is a fully built ls/vtec with a type r intake mani and jg throttle body. The car is wire tucked, however all the wiring is correct and I swapped the pinouts on the iacv plug already and the problem still exists. Thanks in advance for the help.

 

test the wires

do you have a voltmeter?
test if red/yellow to ground has 5v
test if red/yellow to green/white has 5v

 

Thanks for the advice, I'll check it today.
