Default brake problems..

i have a 96 hatch with stock brakes...well after i changed my brakes its stop working properly.....sometimes when im rolling and i step on the brake it sinks all the way in and if i smash it all the way my driverside wheel locks....but if i pump it twice before im going to stop then it works fine....im thinking theres air in my brake hoses or its my master cylinder....i bleed all 2 front brakes after i changed my brakes...help plz....

Bleed the brakes and check the master cylinder. If you dont see the and leaks coming from the master cylinder you could in internal leak inside the master cylinder. Bleed all four wheels and start from the right rear.
