I am pretty sure I need a new fuel pump in my eg, is it still possible to start a car without a fuel pump, b/c mine starts, but then dies...
How hard is it to change a fuel pump, are there any lines that need to be blocked off?

you may want to look more into this instead of assuming its the fuel pump and wasting money

 

i've tried changing my fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter already,
the fuel pump sounds different when i turn the car on

 

like can't hear it? check the main relay...

i can hear the fuel pump turn on but it sounds different
the car starts but bogs out after a couple secs

 

... ok so does your can shut off completely? or only "bogs"

 

the car bogs then shuts off
the only way I can keep it alive is by tapping the gas, consistant pressure cuts it off

 

ok...well when it shuts off does it start RIGHT back up? or you have to wait ? this could be a few things i'm just tring to narrow them down

 

the next few times it doesn't start up, but then it will start up again after a few trys

take out back seats, you will see the cover take the screws out disconnect the wiring and pull it out. connect the new one, put it in, put screws back in and put ur seats back in

 

This is VERY easy to do as stated take out the rear seats and there you go.

Fuel pressure regulator? Check your fuel pressure..
