Default seamless or welded

Example ss 3" exhaust or your comon manifold. Do you use seamless or welded SS. List pros and cons of either

Thanks

I don't think it matters much. I have had one of my headers on an engine dyno at around 1500 degrees for over 20 minutes, the thing was glowing orange and there where no problems with any of the pipes (304 ss 16g welded).

In mandrel bending, I have noticed seamless bends a lot nicer than welded.
