After cold night car won't start in morning - no sounds at all. Starts fine in the afternoon(warmer
This has happened to me 3 times now.
On nights that it is really cold the next morning my car won't start. I checked/replaced the battery and that is not the problem. When i turn the key only the normal gauge lights go on, no sounds (clicking/turn over) at all.
This is at 8 in the morning. If i try it again at 11-12ish it starts perfectly fine.
could this be the starter going?
Thanks

That does sound a lot like the relay, but it usually happens the other way - won't start if it's too hot.
The was another guy a couple days ago that had the same symptoms, as far as lights and accesories work but car won't start. Turned out his ignition switch was bad.
I'd probably check out the relay, starter, and switch - in that order; oh and of course go over your wires and make sure everything is tight and making good contact.

I also have remote start on the car.
does that mean it couldn't be the ignition switch?
I am having the same problem this morning so i'll check the relay and starter when i have a chance.
Thanks
