d16z6 Will any other stock honda part add hp?

I know alot off ppl swap parts from other hondas to add hp, so if i go to the junk yard, what could i add onto my d16z6 to add hp? I've heard u could use a b16 tb? or fuel injectors from another motor? or even a intake manifold? No internas plz, cuz im not that good at working on cars....just bolt ons plz, let me know!!!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A D16y8 exhaust manifold, is the only thing that comes into my head right now. Proven that it flows MUCH better over the Z6.

Yeah, I heard that too, but I also heard it's not much.

Also you can throw on a 2-layer Y8 head gasket when you change the headgasket.

It'll bump your compression a bit.
