I looked at the wiring schematic for the stock del sol aux lights and i wanted to get an opinion on how everyone wired up there edm aux lights. Can i just cut and splice new connectors on and be good to go or do i need to change out the relay, fuses, etc..?

 

i personally just spliced the wires and never changed or popped a fuse and have remained the same for 3 1/2yrs now

i did some thing a little diffrent i spliced the high beam from the head lights pluge but left the lowe and the ground on the stock harness then put hid's in the head lights so when you hit your highs it will switch to the aux and you hid's go off but i would chang the fuse mine has 30 amp now

 

Were the connectors taken from the h4 headlight harness? Would like to know as well seeing as I have a set coming to me soon and can't wait to put them on.

 

ya i went to the junk yard and got them i would put a 30 amp fuse in also
