EDM aux lights on Del sol?
hey guys i finally got a chance to wire up my edm glass h4 aux lights. I simply spliced the connector and put a regular h4 light socket. They worked for few min now i blows fuse 11 (aux light relay) three times already.
what wires do i check?
where is this aux light relay located?
I know the original aux lights used 25w or whatever and putting the edm 55w bulb in replacement will screw the circuit, but how are other del sol owners with edm aux wiring them?

INFO DUMP WARNING
Here's the info you need about how the light is wired in Europe (in France and Germany). It's in German. Best I can do. Google translate is your friend.
Note as you read that where your current AUX lights are, are where the HIGH beams (Fernlicht) are located on European del Sols; check out in the diagrams how it is the 60W filament being illuminated.
FYI: "Ausser KY" just means outside of the KY market (ie., bunch of far-off small market countries not in Europe).
Note HIGH BEAM indicator = Fernlicht
Wiring diagram; this is the meat of what you need.
I believe this page reflects the current North American setup. AUX lights (Zusatzleuchte) branch off the main headlights to the switch (see below), and these are just 25W bulbs, and will only come on when the main headlights are on.
This page just shows the connector for the 'Fernlicht', and also confirms they are the inner bulbs.
Current USDM setup (I believe) is the same as the KY market:
Switch is in the centre column instead of above on the dash, though.
