K20A. Our American counterpart is the K20A2 (RSX-Type S). Here's a couple links:

It's not the same at all. It has 20 more HP because of internal changes and manifold modifications, the transmission has limited slip, the gears are shorter, etc.

I was, for some reason, under the impression that the CTR and ITR were different. It's early (for me, at least), and I was probably thinking of that the B18CR and the B16B are mildly different.

The K20A in the ITR and CTR overseas are the same powerplant.

Figures.

Then yes, the K20A (R) is what you're looking for, around 220 Hp, 158Trq, 11.5 CR, Six-Speed LSD gearbox, blah blah blah.

Nope. Acutally, all EP3's are made in Europe. That's why in Japan, they have the little Union Jack badge.
