Default Just bought a new exhaust!!!!

I just bought the first T1R exhaust for our cars that I know of. The exhaust will be crafted out of stainless steel and be 70mm in diameter. The muffler is the T1R power series muffler and has a burnt titanium tip. It retails for $965. The exhaust will be coming out the march/early april. Here is a link to a picture of the DC5 exhaust, it looks very similar. PM me for details to get the same unit for the same price as me, my vendor said he would give it away until release for the same $865 shipped after that you won't be able to get it for less than $1000 shipped.

FINALLY T1R came out with that... This is the only aftermarket muffler worth getting (aside from J's Racing)

might have to get that... custom fab the parts that don't work on the FG1 lol (I guess like an adapter pipe)

14+whp from just exhaust. With or without tune? That's insane. Is it street legal?

If so it'll be on my list.

If if gets that kind of gains, I think it would be worth the money. But you will definitely loos more money later for tickets when you are pulled over. They will be able to hear you from like a mile away.

Spoon, post up some pics of your ride with the new exhaust installed.

That's impossible, don't believe that claim.

If I planned on spending that much on exhaust, I would just fork out the extra dough and get the J's Racing titanium exhaust just to go baller status.

It is street legal it is special because of the diameter and flow of the muffler. Also because it is T1R. It is just a higher end exhuast system

70mm tubing is too big for a 2.0L NA motor, I have a feeling this exhaust will lose at least as much torque as it gains in HP and HP is not what the Si is lacking.

Good point. I'll wait for some dyno results and see how this T1R does.

Not true unlike the B series motors the K series loves bigger piping, in actuallity the optimal size is 2.75 to 3 inch. Many people with the K series motor run that on a N/A car, do some research on other honda sites that deal with k series motors and you will see the same information
