Cant load cd's on Special edition radio

Cant load cd's on Special edition radio

When i push LOAD it just keep saying "BUSY" on the screen and it does not disappear unless i take out the key. It wont let me load cd's but the radio works perfectly. Need some help in this.

It may be a processing problem, try a reboot, CD transport should "reinitialize"
disconnect batt. neg.(-) terminal, wait a few min. the reconnect, if its a "scrambled" unit the reboot should fix it.
