If I turn my car to "ACC", the CEL usually flashes once. This is on an OBDII 99 DX, I'm not sure if an ODBI has the same functions.

My civic is obd2 also. Is my Ecu not working? I can crank my motor and get spark... Is that possible without the ECU working?
