y7 or y8 head for turbo

Default y7 or y8 head for turbo

wich is a better head for turbo i have the d16y8 in my car i have it running but the vtec wont work then i heard that the y7 head was better for turbo what are your thoughts

yes the cel is on i have a dx harness with a obd2B to A conversion harness with a p2p running it but it's not working right i also have a p75 wich it seems to run fine on haven't yet takin out on the road yet but i need to know if i should just say f-ck the vtec and just hook my turbo up with out it i also have a y7 head and i heard it would be a better head for turbo wich way should i go y8 with vtec that i cant get to work or y7 and wich ecu should i use p2p p75 p2e

ok dumb question but... you said you have the conversion harness but did you wire up vtec?
