hey guys i put a 00 b20 in my car for a temp motor so i can get mine rebuilt but my question is what ecu should i run cause my car wont let me rev past 2500 rpm if anyone has put a b20 in there R before let me know thanks any advice will
help oh by the way i am using stock wiring harness and stock ecu thanks

ya i am i took it to autozone to put ir on the code reader and came back misfire clynd 2,3,4 so as of today i but a obd2 jumber to obd1 and plugged in a 95 ls p75 ecu and now its still not working right has anyone done this swap if so really need some help thanks

ya everything is fine and as my lights are dimming out and coming back bright and my battery is going dead too so im not sure what it could be thanks

ok i put the obd2 to obd1 jump harness and how its not letting me rev past 3,000 anyone know what it might be thanks

You either have a) a short somewhere b) a connector not connected or switched with another sensor c) ECU is f'ed d) bad distributor...and a hundred more things, but those came to mind first

...it really is almost impossible to diagnose electrical problems on the internet...buy a Helms and a MultiMeter and start figuring it out.

well figured out why the battery is not charging was loose wire to the alternator but other then that i changed out the injectors and still nothing im using a p28 and nothing also rechecked the wiring harness and everything is in the right place...

Check all grounds. 1 on tranny. 1 on front side of engine. 1 on battery.
