b18a with a injector leak!
I am loosing alot of fuel from around my injectors and I dont know which oring to replace.
I have searched and I found where ppl are saying its there oring is bad but IDK which oring the are talking about.

According to this picture there are two orings #2 and #16. I thought mine was #2 but after reading other ppls post I think the leaks come from #16.
I know that 90% of HT has ran across this problem and I was just wondering where this leak usually comes from before I go and replace 1 or both of them.

Another question. Do I just pull the injectors off the fuel rail or is there method for getting them off. I cannot figure it out, and I am trying to be easy with everything.
Its prob the o ring of injector number 16 u have to pull fuel rail off but its real easy you dont even have to pull it all the way off then just pull injector out

open up the gas cap to and have a towel ready..
but yeah just pull up on the fuel rail, then pull the injector(s) out,,they come out very easy..also if the fuel rail is bolted down don't forget to unbolt it or you wont get anywhere..
by the way have you though about buying the injector kit? it comes with all 3 of those o-rings on the injector.

Open the gas cap? You mean like where I fill my gas tank? Why would I do that.
I have not been able to find the injector kit yet. But still looking.

Ok. I have my injectors out and they have what looks like carbon build up on them"soot"...just wondering what I can use to clean my injectors while they are out. Should I dip them in some injection cleaner or something?
