Default anyone know where the drain bolt is for the auto tranny?

i need to drain my tranny fliud, but cant find the damb bolt.


anyhelp would be cool

Take a look where the fill tank/pan is (from the top, where the dipstick is) - look for a bolt where you can put a 3/8" socket driver into. So, no bolt head, but a 3/8" square hole. Typically (at least on a '95 Civic), it will be on the driver side, with access from the front of the car. Hope this helps.

thanks. but now i have a problem, its a bltch to take out. i guess the guys at purrfect auto service over tighten it when they changed it a long time ago.


imma take it to the shop instead.


all that for nothing.
