Slight viberation??
I replaced my axles on both sides because they were clunking like crazy and i broke the upper and lower ball joint on the driver side, so i replaced them. After i did all of this work i took the car out for a test drive and it steers great and all the clunking is gone, but i did notice a slight viberation in my steering wheel and floor but it kind of goes on and off. Now i know my alignment has been off so could putting the new ball joints effect the car anyway that it would vib like that? I just hope it isnt the new axles. I was super careful not to put unwanted stress on the joints when i was installing the new axles.
Thats the telltale sign of a need for an alignment.
First I would make sure that the axles are installed correctly. I am NOT saying you don't know what you're doing...just making sure they're pushed in all the way.
After that, I'd get it aligned and you should be good to go. Good luck man!

i do alignments all day long. vibrations usually have to do with balancing when u broke your upper and lower ball joints did the wheel get messed up if it got bend in anyway it will throw you balancing way off and if bent too much just hae it balnced and rotate to the rear that should help out. however when you changed the ball joint if the tie rod was removed you should definitaly have it aligned is the wheel crooked? the car pulling tires wearing those are more clear signs of an alignment issue
