Default Horn not working, fuses look okay.

I have a 1996 Civic HB

Hey winners. I've used my horn like 2 days ago and today a truck cut me off during traffic jam and almost hit me because i was in his blindspot so i got on the horn but it doesn't work.

I checked the fuse under the hood but they look good, the metal is not broken. please help, what else can it be?

Thanks,
J

Wires around the steering column twisted/split apart? The ground wire that attatches to the horn buttons vibrate/come off?

did you try to run direct power to the horn to see if its good. you can do it easy with a boost pack and some wire(unplug the horn first. then check relays and all that other good stuff

you dont have to use the relay. get a boost pack or spare battery. run a wire from possitive and 1 from negative . unplug your horn and hook them directly to the horn if it blows then its most likely the relay. if it dont blow then its your horn

what i mean by cross wires.. the harness that plugs into the relay.. take a peice of wire(like speaker wire) and touch the 2 pins in the harness.
