Default suspension teg vs. eg

i know the suspension is interchangable between 94-01 integras, aside from type r's, but i was wondering if there was a difference like in spring rates and things of that nature. any insight is appreciated

Yes, stiffer spring rates. Holes in the front and rear LCAs for the sway bar endlinks.
